1. Disinfect the blood collection area with an alcohol swab and puncture fingertip using a lancet.
2. Absorb and dispense peripheral blood (about 20 ul) into each sampling well (S well) of test card.
3. Add 100 ul （about 1-2 drops）sample dilution solution into each sampling well (Swell)
4. Read the results within 5-10 minutes. The results over ~15 minutes are invalid.
